This is a Weaver.
It's meant to look like it's sitting/standing on the sky.
These special spiders are called Weavers in Prosper (a fictional town in another world in my fantasy story). They weave just about everything, including rocks, leaves and yes, even the clouds. There are some things they can't (water, air).

Before I painted this, I recorded my own voice (making weird noises as I do) and altered it to sound how I thought tens or maybe hundreds of Weavers would sound.
It still sounds far too metallic though. I have to wait until I get a proper sound editing program to fix it up.
